GRANT OF LICENSE

The Producer grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the instrumental (“Beat”), including all provided stems, for the creation of new musical compositions.

PERMITTED USES

The Licensee may:

• Record vocals and create original songs using the Beat
• Use the Beat and/or stems in commercial or non-commercial releases
• Distribute songs on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.)
• Perform the song live
• Monetize the song without paying royalties to the Producer

PROHIBITED USES

The Licensee may NOT:

• Sell, sublicense, lease, gift, or redistribute the Beat or stems by themselves
• Upload the Beat or stems to beat stores, sample packs, or marketplaces
• Claim ownership or authorship of the Beat
• Use the Beat in any way that allows others to download or extract it as a standalone instrumental

In short: You can sell your song — you cannot sell my beat.

OWNERSHIP

The Producer retains 100% ownership of the Beat and all stems.
This license does not transfer ownership.

CREDIT (OPTIONAL BUT APPRECIATED)

Credit is appreciated but not required.
Suggested credit: “Prod. by VollaCreates”

NO WARRANTY

The Beat is provided “as is.” The Producer is not liable for any damages, claims, or losses arising from its use.

TERMINATION

Violation of this license results in automatic termination, and the Licensee must cease all use of the Beat.
